    This week we have had an large number of new or returning sysops
    apply for Fidonet membership.  Welcome to all!  We hope you
    enjoy the network!  Please see the New/Returning Sysops section.

    Also this week, Robin Seaborn contacted a few of us to ask that
    any members of fidonet who would like to share their thoughts,
    remembrances, etc.  of Bob Seaborn, to please send them to Robin
    Seaborn.

    Here's some text from Robin:

         We're planning a memorial for him Jan 16
         (that would have been his 73rd birthday), so
         if any of the Fido people want to email me
         anything they'd want to say about Dad, feel
         free to pass around my email address and
         whatever people send I'll make sure everyone
         who can attend sees it.
