A weak attempt at shifting the goalposts.  What does riding a 
bicycle have to do with one's ability to "think on his feet", 
speak rationally, and remember things?

That's right.  Nothing at all.

Biden has early dementia, and that will become obvious when he 
can no longer hide from the public and avoid speaking.  For 
example, at the "convention" upcoming, and during the debates with 
Trump (assuming he doesn't find a way to excuse himself from 
that).

His in-ability to focus and speak coherently will be so clear that 
even hardcore Democrats will have to acknowledge it, and Trump 
will win re-election in a(nother) landslide.  Thanks, DNC, for 
installing Biden as the candidate and assuring the outcome of the 
election!
