Thank you Erich -  I'm getting there I think :)

Tonight I gave Ron all my unopened cigarette carton, my ashtray, my lighter.. 
and said, "throw these out".  After the scare I had a few days ago, I don't 
need that crap :)

Doc said my chest sounds clear right now so that's good :)
