I have to be careful too as I can be the same way though with it getting close to 90F today already I tend to chug a lot of water in the heat. I like soda (a little too much) but the only thing that keeps me cool is water. I have hyperhydrosis, meaning I sweat too much, so I am especially prone to getting dehydrated quickly. Anything with "-ol" in it usually will cause me to go screaming to the bathroom. It's best for me to just not eat anything sweet or carb-heavy. Though I have lost a lot of weight in the past few months since the car accident... I usually will shut down the BBS, go through and clean out the inbound and outbound directories, fire MBSE back up, and et voila! it magically starts working again. Later, Sean ....
