Two of mine retired recently... one I've been able to get a good
replacement for, the other I'm still working on...  The latter, I wasn't
able to stay with the same practice, which might have worked out well
enough... my retiring doctor referred me to a different practice, and
the doctor there I tried first didn't really work out well, so I'll be
checking out another in that practice before I look elsewhere...

At one point, I was taking my neighbor to a doctor that she was very
happy with... he kept moving further and further away, and we just kept
going the longer distances so that she could still go to him... until he
finally moved too far out.... she was very disappointed, but it was
really too far for her to travel.... the last workable move, she was
seeing him in Canandaigua...
