  I no longer eat there. While their fries are delicious, their service
sucks. At several central Arkansas locations, more than once, it took
over a half hour to get the order...the employees and managers were
talking on their cellphones instead of waiting on customers...they had
those troublesome kiosks...and there was no indication on weekends that
lunch wasn't served until 11am, even though the menus switched at
10:30am.

  I ran into a McDonald's manager at a local bank, and I told her what I
thought of it. Even feedback and a call to the franchisee generated no
response, apology or otherwise.
