My oldest sister started that way really late in life.. she hadn't smoked until 
she was in her 60's.. just one after work. She died of Pancreatic Cancer.  :( 
She only lasted about 6 months after the diagnosis, so heartbreaking :(

Well, today I've had one so far, none until 3:30PM.  Not bad, but I can do 
better :)
