Sure I understand that as well.  I know our doc is a pretty busy fellow, but 
what I'm saying is he shouldn't be 'overbooking'.

The situation developed because I guess a number of partners in the group were 
vacacationing so he had to cover some of that.  When his office started to see 
the appt's running late, why not call his patients and tell them what is going 
on??

Talk about a shortage of doctors around here.. :(  It's not easy to get in to 
see a new one.
