Yes, and if I say it 'out loud', you know, "this is total unconcern for your 
patients, not just us, but those whose appt's follow ours", we'd hear protests 
about that from him and all of his staff.. :(

Thank you - It is amazing :)  Her sister lived to be 100. She's sharp as 
ever... I hope _I'm_ in such a good shape when I hit her age :)
