If you are nearsighted, you can still do them and note modest improvement in a few minutes. Ultimately what the exercises do is train your eye to relax (parallax view) and strengthen the outer muscles. After a set of these, even reading close is improved. I've gotten into the habit of doing them over the years whenever I felt images at a distance seemed out of focus. When you do them long enough you learn what it feels like and can do them without the aide of the 3D images like the teapot. I also learned to do them in reverse, by crossing the eyes and focusing at a distance. That strengthens the opposite muscles. But both techniques improve distance viewing immediately. -- ../|ug --- OpenXP 5.0.50 * Origin: (2:221/1.58) .
