Hi Hector

I'm adjusting my customized templates to your new ones. It's very cool now 
to have a "custom" directory. Now I found the message_create_error.htm 
isn't used anymore, it displays a generic error page. I looked at the html-
create message code and see a reference to this template. But why it isn't 
displayed?
