Getting an error in wcWeb when trying to reply to certain emails. The
error is:

Error: TO: field is empty.
Backup to previous page and correct the indicated input field.


The TO field is filled in. I uploaded a zip file 02296.zip with the
..x .d files of one of the original emails and one I was using for
testing.
