"For" is a standard preposition for the Present Perfect Tense.

"In" is IMHO valid when we talk about the period when something to be done. "I 
will have finished it in two weeks."

"Of" is often used along with "about". In Russian we also have two similar 
prepositions: "pro" (of) and "o" (about).
