Ah, well then -- you'd have to use a tablet of some brand (I use an iPad, fwiw) 
and an appropriate stylus - then you can handwrite to your heart's content!! Of 
course, there are touch screens for laptops and desktops (the latter is very 
impractical imo). The laptop touch screens are cumbersome, workable, but 
expensive. An iPad is a very satisfactory solution but still expensive!
