I've got this message (in translation from Russian): "the web page 
http://65.181.113.249/ can't be accessed, perhaps it temporally inaccessible or 
moved to another URL".

I tried even TOR - the result the same. 8-(

Maybe we see a new trend when URL is restricted for some copyright reason.
