         I enjoyed this part of the conversation because I liked carrot-raisin 
salad when I discovered it in the States years ago, because kale isn't popular 
either with me or with my nearest & dearest, and because I have reached an age 
where I know what's good for me regardless of whether it's fashionable or not. 
But my guess is that you meant to post your reply in the COOKING echo....  :-Q
