In any event you should change that line with DESC RULES etc to after the DESC
texts to just RULE Be Civil, i.e.,

Move that to just past the DESC keywords and just have RULES Be Civil.

The missing date line is showing that it has exited the DESC routine but 
cannot
see why - yet so will have to do a special run that logs each DESC line so I
can see may be, what is happening.
