Hello All!

OK, it has been for over a year ...

If an echo is not updated (via MOD-UPD) or deleted (via MOD-DEL) after 13
months in which time two warnings are issued 1. Expiry and 2. Deletion.

Following that the echo is transferred over to the BACKBONE only sub system 
and
removed from ELIST with the owner / moderator changed to elistmaint.


There could well be instances where the echo is now totally dormant and there
is no reason to maintain it in BACKBONE.NA so if you know of any of these
please post here to advise me of the echo's that are dead etc.
Doing so will allow other sysops to check with their system to confirm - just
in case of a broken link.

After which I will issue a MOD-DEL on behalf of elistmaint for all such 
echo's.
