The 'update' was me trying to clear a warning count so the date was updated 
but
it still expired and was deleted.

The Sysop @Rudi, should submit a NEW MOD-ADD for it but if he does not keep on
top of the expiring date, it will vanish again - yo the BACKBONE.RPT/ .NA 
files
only.

This echo had expired a long time ago according to the history logs.
