Submissions are valid for 10 months with 2 extras, 1 for std warning and 1 for
deletion warning and the delete/transfer process to BACKBONE only is another
month.

So 12 months works.

Running a cron task that what access to a file some where is a bit of a
security risk as it runs as root - not going to happen.
