Ward has informed me that my script to generate region segments is some times
just send a stream of text and not line terminated but here it look good so
going to have to work out how to use unix2dos outbound/region25.?????

Where ???? is todays day number of the year - seam to recall there is a way.

Hopefully this is fixed now at least for the Z2DAILY files etc.
For the NODELIST.* have to wait till Friday and hopefully found the solution.

It is most odd, where sometimes it does not work for Ward (he runs under
Windows / dos as he uses DBridge for the mailer.
