   Hello everybody!

All Networks that have a group /or list of different echo areas are more than
welcome to make use of the elist system just submit your areas one at a time
using a submission file for each one.

It would be wise to tell me in advance of sending these in so I can check that
the network name you use is set up in the elist software and here is a current
list but note that usually only the 'first' (abreviated) name is used :

This list is used as a check when ever a submission file is processed to help
ensure and bad data in a file is rejected but it can never be bullet proof.
