Hello All!

Found the problem - missing script - so now if there are any new echo's added
in a run a ELSTyymmddhh.ZIP will be created passed to the uplink for 2:25/21
(namely 2:250/1) and hatched within one hour.

Although this has to be tested so need to watch for the next new echo being
added.
