    A companion echo (ELIST) also provides access to the ECHOLIST's author for
    questions about the database along with actual Echo updates notices.
    Cross interaction between these two echos is likely.

    Participation in ECHOLIST is open to anyone having an interest in the
    ECHOLIST and its operation.
