So this address change is effective immediately?

FYI, I now have a zone-level address, 1:1/110, for my echoes.  I'll send you 
an netmail explaining that situation.  I am not ready yet to move everything 
over but soon.  I have been incredibly busy dealing with doctors' appointments 
and other health issues lately.  I was just diagnosed with asthma as my lungs 
are operating at 66% capacity.  (I think I really am held together with duct 
tape and bubblegum...)
