Bjorn has for several years refused to list FIDONEWS in the ELIST.  Ross 
Cassell had listed it previously to prevent it from being removed from the 
North American Backbone, which at the time required all echoes carried to be 
listed in the ELIST.  When Ross Cassell shut down his system and left FidoNet, 
I inherited this listing, along with several others.

Now that the ELIST is being operated in Z2, and the NAB is no longer the 
primary distribution system for echomail, it is my intention to discuss the 
matter with Bjorn via netmail, with the goal being to update the listing to 
reflect his moderator status, or remove the listing if he still doesn't wish 
it to be listed.
