Ben Ritchey is dead. The DBRIDGE echo always goes to me.

There is no ZEC, so the ZEC echo is not needed. Also kill Z1_ROUTING, 
Z1_ECHOMAIL (despite its "chatty" description). Both are dead and unnecessary.

Z1REGCON choked for some reason. Make sure that goes to me.

Really... in a perfect world where Belgian farts smell like chocolate, all 
dead echoes should be dropped from the list.

In fact, it is a good question about the scenario where someone attempts to 
register an echo / makes themselves the moderator of an echo or topic that 
conflicts with something else. For example, if I did not claim the DBRIDGE 
echo, someone technically "could of" claimed it?

I also assume the 1:1/21 address is no longer needed now?
