Never mind.  I used the regsvr32.exe to register the dll

Sorry had a brain drain.

-> Well I did a check and I have that filed located in my winnt\system32
-> folder.  It is dated 5/26/99.

-> Anyways, I took out my cd and re-installed wcreports and still get the
