Everyone reporting similar wcreport install issues are always solved either with: WCREPORTSUPGRADE.EXE or the older version WCRDLLS.EXE from FTP://FTP.SANTRONICS.COM WCREPORTSUPGRADE.EXE is suppose to be the newer one of WCRDLLS.EXE which installed More of the Microsoft stuff that we felt wasn't necessary. The new one cleaned it up. But we did have some people who had to install the old one for some reason, and it worked for them when the new one did not. Maybe it is an OS thing.
