Hi, would somebody please help me out here,

When trying to run wcReports I get the message 

Wcreport

Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies is not correctly 
registered: a file is missing or invalid

and on upgrading from the upgrade .exe in my wcreports folder I get the 
following message
