Greetings Hector,
I am elated to read messages from you.  I have been waiting for you to
feel like answering a few questions.  I have been trying to update my
system with the new AUP and it will not work for me.  This is the first
time that I am not able to get winserver to start after following your
instructions.  I have tried to up date 5 or 6 time and I get the same
results.  It is a good thing that you gave us the back up methods.

Here is what I do and what I get:

1) CD\ and xcopy \wc5 \wc55 /e /s

2} Run the AUP

3) then I run the converter (convertwc55)

4) Restart the NTWorkstation and wcstart.

5)I then get an error message that the server can not start...run
convertwc55...I will run it again ad it tell me that the converter has
all ready run.  This happen every time I do the the above steps.

I am not running it as a BBS...no files no message database other than
Internet mail....users dial into the Portmaster3.

If you need other information please reply.  I would like to see those
items that can be used by my users and me put in operation.

Thank you for any help in this matter. I run it only as an ISP not A
BBS.
