Interactive Net Server v7.0.454.5 Lines: 47 Thanks Mark. I'll try that but it's been installed on one of the win95 machines since 1996 (MY first wc5 machine, now a 'retired server') and on the win98 box since 1998 (the second server, since retired) and on the winnt box since 1999. I also used to be able to run wcreport (and all other wc clients) across the LAN using 'wildcatnetworking'. Do you know if it's may have anything to do with vb runtime files? I can wait until Hector gets back on his feet, and watch here, I'll post the results of further attempts to resolve this. I wondered if anyone else had the same problem, certainly not a resounding show of hands so must be fairly local- in fact you are the first and only response. Thanks. Dave Gourd -> -> I was able to run wcreports remotely from workstations on the netw -> -> and all seemed normal until attempting to view any message from any -> -> conference under the messages tab of WcReports. I get a popup erro -> -> "Runtime error "13" Type mismatch" -> wcREPORTS actually needs to be installed an not just ran from the other -> workstations... There are quite a few .DLL files and .OCX files that -> need to accompany the program and those need to be registered in the -> running computers registry... What it looks like is you do not have all -> the files you need (or updated ones) to run wcREPORTS on the networked -> machines.... -> When Hector gets back, he should be updating the redistributable install -> for wcREPORTS, and this should solve your problem. -> Mark Bappe -> S and T Software --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.1 * Origin: Prison Board BBS Mesquite Tx //telnet.RDFIG.NET www.
