Interactive Net Server v7.0.454.5 Lines: 84 Its now Jan/8. Did you solve this yet? If not, I have to re-read this a few times to see what you are doing and what exactly you are looking to do. If you are basically trying to see if people have downloaded their file(s), you can print out the download count. 0 means it wasn't downloaded, 1+ means it was downloaded. One thing I would like to point out is that presently there is no "internal" recognition of a "User File Area". i.e, "User X has File Area Y". This is can be done with wcBASIC programming, but in general, this is typically done using the access system, so that in the final analysis, by using security access, the user is limited to 1 file area. What we have recommended to customers who have a need to have 1 to 1 user/file area assignments, is to "label" (name) the security access and file area with the user name. (Or something similar to this). The idea is for reporting and easy administrative viewing. So when you do a report to list the file areas that have file downloads greater 0, then in the report you will see the file area names as user names. Just basically a tip. I will reread your message to see if I missed something that I can help with. --- -> We use Wildcat! as a bbs to allow doctors, hospitals and collection -> agencies -> upload/download files. We set up each user with their own access -> profile and file areas to strictly limit who can access what. With -> our collection agency users, we have two file areas to download from -> for each user; one called reports and the other called data. We -> provide files in each file area for every agency each month. Our -> need is to be able to quickly see who has (or hasn't) downloaded -> their files from either/both area(s). We purchased WcReports to do -> this. -> Due to several different reasons, the file areas for many of the -> users are not in consecutive order numerically. When we define in -> File Match on the General tab the filename string, date range and -> check 'Files that have never been accessed' the results list in file -> area numerical order. For example... -> **** [7] PAC Data File Area -> **** [8] PAC Reports File Area -> **** [1 .
