Purely hypothetical. OK? There's a difference between being ZC and the moderator, or just the ZC, or just the moderator. We have long-time agreed that there will be no formal complaints based on echomail content. Echomail needs to be dealt with by the moderator. In order to empower that moderator to be 'a moderator' it may require ZC-support. If a fully bona-fide moderator is objected from doing his job then per the guidelines of P4, a moderator is entitled to become excessively annoyed and file a fully-fledged formal complaint on technical issues involving that echo, not content, which can be dealt with under P4. Let me quote: ***************************************************************************** 9.9 Echomail Echomail is an important and powerful force in FidoNet. For the purposes of Policy Disputes, echomail is simply a different flavor of netmail, and is therefore covered by Policy. ***************************************************************************** I have the tools in place to eject anyone who fucks with a moderator. That includes circumventing a delink-request aided by the Fidoweb. ERRFLAGS allows me to pull anyone prior to producing the nodelist. A> Zone 1 doesn't recognize any Echo policy apparently...? No big deal, we do not recognize Zone-1. What I think the zone-1 nodes should be very aware of is that their ZC is incapable of producing a stable nodelist with the latest segments. This week for example the ZONE2-list of 2 weeks ago was used, although I send a newone every day. The same phenomenum is noticed with several Region-segments in Zone-1 which are just flipflopping around. Ma --- D'Bridge 3.99 SR19 * Origin: I know places where no-one will find you (2:292/854) .
