I'm pretty sure she is, but even if that were true, what exactly is a 
moderator going to do, other than Netmail me to complain about whatever user 
is causing shit. If I refuse to do anything, and there is a Fidoweb connection
in place, then what?

Zone 1 doesn't recognize any Echo policy apparently...?
