  Don't forget a distracted driving ticket can be issues for changeing the
radio station.  THis is part of the plan to issue more tickets, and with
luck cause someone who drives for a living to loose his license.  This way
it's one more person on a cheque instead of working, and puts PM TrustFund one
more step closer to being king.
