Climates getting warmer yield grapes with higher sugar contents, more alcohol 
killing some of the fragrances. As you pointed out.
 
The quality of French wines is going down the drain and South African and 
Australian wines are becoming more popular.
 
But the real secret ingredient to wine taste is cat crap of cats wandering 
through the vineyards and peeing and shitting everywhere.
