What do they use to make it, wattle seeds?

*all* wines are getting higher in alcohol content - people want a big
presence with their wines. I'd argue it's like the MP3 wars -- people
want loud music in little earbuds, and subtlety suffers.

When you amp up the alcohol content in wine you overshadow some really
interesting flavors - unless you're starting with boring grapes.
