To answer above question, maybe ... I have not asked every person on earth.
_I_ do not use it for a looong time.

But I should take a closer look to DOSBox again when I have some time.

Many windows users do not use any command line.
Also I would not attribute the command line to DOS.
CP/M had a command line before DOS existed at all.
And UNIX had a command line before CP/M existed :)

Not true for a very long time.
Windows NT never had any DOS except emulation.
Same is true for everz Windows after Windows ME.
