Don't we all (at least Windows users) still use a component of
DOS called the command-line?  I run batch programs everyday to
send backups via ftp/telnet. I only fetch ewwtoob videos using
youtube-dl, and I run a batch prog to "touch" those files with
the current date.  I'll hop into CLI to check a few things
every now and then.

The newer WinXX'es might give us a GUI, but isn't it just DOS
under the mantel?
