Tim,

 TW> Make sure you set up the door files in the c:\sbbs directory.
 TW> JNS_NODE.DAT and such.  They are how the game knows what directory the
 TW> drop file is in.  There are a copy different files, depending on what
 TW> game you are trying to run. 

  I think I put mine in c:\sbbs\xtrn -- and it still works.
