So, will the navigator ever advance to the 32-bit world of today?  With win98,
xp, me, 2000, all being very commonly used, 16-bit is so out of date. 
Otherwise, it just makes the navigator useless.  Maybe just release a publis
source for writing a custom navigator, and let people create 16- or 32- bit as
they desire.
