May be wrong about this, but I think that wcNav talks directly to the modem rather than through Windows like Hyperterminal does. You can set any special connection strings you need to set inside wcNav when it initializes the modem. Go to "View/Options/Devices" Then select which com port your device is on. Highlight that com port and click on EDIT. Then click on the Connections Tab. Input any special strings items you need and say OK back out to the dialing icons.
