Keith, please don't take this wrong, but you don't need another copy of wcNav to load on Win98 machines. The last one put out months ago works fine. Now what you do need to do is understand the Win98 setup that some techs do when they set up their machines. I just loaded wcNav on a Win98 machine today for a client. If you are not aware of it, you can hit "ctrl, alt, del" all at the same time and a Task Manager comes up. What you will find is a lot of programs running that interfere with many installations including wcNav installer. "End Task" on all of the items you see except the 'Explorer' and the 'SysTray" item and then run the install. It should work fine. After the installation is done, reboot the computer and all the things you ended will be reloaded and all should be well. If this does not help, I am sorry since it works well for me when installing on win98 machines at a rate of about 6-8 per week.
