How in the world do you think you were ignored? Do you consider not getting a reponse instantly because the world revolves around you, as being ignored? Might want to ease up a bit and give it a little time. He may be busy, your email may have ended up in his spam folder, etc.

There are plenty of possibilities that your email didn't get reponded to as soon as /you/ would have liked. This is just a hobby, after all.

So long as you sent the email to the right place, and didn't /demand/ he fix your issue, you did all you can do.

If that one little annoyance is hindering you from enjoying the game, don't play the game. It's as easy as that.
