I am running Rebel Kingdom on my BBS.

Does anyone know what a player needs to do to improve solider morale?  I can
start a turn with a vast number of them but, by the time I finish the game,
they have all left due to low morale.

I tried adding a brothel but that didn't seem to fix it.

Anyone know what the player is supposed to do to bring up morale?
