Hello All,

For anyone that has been working on the latest Usurper, some new Linux binaries 
have been released at:

https://github.com/rickparrish/Usurper/tree/master/bin/i386-linux

They remove the "USURP.CTL is missing" nag/delay, and he made a change that 
hopefully fixes the .CTL parsing to avoid cpu spikes and/or lockups.

Once a few people have tested the new binaries, he's probably going to release 
a 0.24a, with a full release version so people won't have to upgrade from an 
older version anymore.

Test them out and give Rick a shout at: rick@usurper.info
