Because you posted the first bit above, about it being ported and the link to find the ports. The ports at that website are *nix ports (linux and *BSD). Since you were not the one looking for ambrosia assistance, you might not have noticed that. As for it being old, it was a msg I copied and just got around to checking out. The ambrosia port, in particular, is one another synchronet sysop repackaged a couple of years back and was trying to share as something they did. It also does not work. Since I just got around to following up on that message, I wanted to let whoever cares know that if they are looking for a *nix port for ambrosia they may want to look elsewhere. I didn't pay attention to it being from December.
