I have this same problem.  It worked great for a while and people were
enjoying the games and then it stopped working.  However, in my case, I had
installed a game called WCS-Trivia which is a 3rd party client/server game. 
Immediately after this was installed my wcCasino did not work.  I have to
assume that some shared file was written to my system that wcCasino uses but
did
not like whatever version of this file was installed.  I have contacted MSI
several times and tried all kinds of ideas to fix it and nothing has worked. 
The only person that knew how to fix it (because it happened once before now
and was fixed) is no longer with MSI.  I wish I could remember his name
because I know he runs a system in California.  If you do get a solution to
this
problem please forward it to me.
