If you can't take enough initiative to do a -> little researching and self help that's your problem; don't expect us -> to do it for you. -> Microsoft DOES sell you WORD and most of the other MS products and then -> DOES expect that you are patient or savvy enough to find some answers on -> your own, whether you have to UPGRADE or find patch files (gee, dare I -> mention security hole patches and Microsoft in the same breath?) or call -> the help desk or search the knowledge base, etc. (for a price I might -> add).
